Its a puzzling question with so many neurons firing all at the same time is our memory nothing but how our neurons are arranged. if it was like a RAM which is stored on a disk we could simply do a brain transplant .. easier said than done.. and live a life of immortality. but that doesn't seem to be the case. research shows its more like RAM the moment your heart stops so does your memory cells. amazing how terabytes of memory are stored today in transistor based silicon devices but no one utilized the organic way of storage or maybe its not possible to mimic nature.
