There is a new mall in town and its name is Xpress Avenue. and it sits just opposite to spencer.

Xpress Avenue is a strategic venture of Express Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, a 100% subsidiary Indian Express.
The mall is as a result of 750 Cr of investment made in one of the busiest roads in chennai.

I am yet to go visit the place but I have already heard so much about it, moreover there are 8 movie screens of satyam and they are all top notch. from what I have heard the new movie hall ESCAPE is far better in quality compared to the current Satyam multiplex.

so next week its destination AE and our good old Spence Plaza is all but forgotten.
