In 60 years ,Indian constitution saw 94 Amendments,on the contrary,American constitution ,the oldest ,has been amended only 27 times.
It is needless to say, the continent itself new,there is no Century old temples or culture devoleped by kingdoms.
For example sati,dowry,or new concept, right to information,reservation etc.,need amedments.
Cyber crime is a new area need criminal code amendment.
Hence India is developing by accommodating new thoughts Based on old thoughts.
Errors will be modified in next generation
provided democracy is continued.
