Indian Government earned Rs.68000 crore on 3G spectrum auctions. The telecom operators have to mobilize funds for remittance to Govt. treasury.

It is well known that the 3G spectrum will have high speed connectivity, video conference and will providing health service etc.

The private telecom operators have to collect the above amount from Indian citizen, corporates along with their profit margin.

Why the BSNL (Govt. telecom) is not able to provide this service to all?
