The Governors address on the 2010 budget proposal

1. The students joining for graduate in Engg., Medicine and Law need not pay fees, provided their parents,siblings are not graduates and also caste no bar.

2. All Thatched houses in Tamil Nadu will be converted by a concrete house in five years.
For this year, 3 lakhs houses will be taken up.
