I am suppose to present a report,
Excusing the reasons with right support,
For project completion delaying a year,
And I am very happy to prose it clear,
As anyway, I am departing, so no fear.

The schedule was done by you,
Without any agreement with the crew,
Only with the marketing clues,
And published to the customer, too.

Your fondness with technical clips,
Excited you to order change of chips,
Without brainstorming with consultants for tips,
Regularly put us in dips.

So, We requested for additional training,
Citing, only one in the team had envisioning,
You rejected our claim, reasoning scheduling,
That sanctioned us to do, on the job learning.

We proposed for a debugger, for regulating faults,
You advised us with vigor, to be perfect souls.
Few resigned in tandem, not able to meet goals.
You happily replaced them with starters.

This is all I wanted to tell,
Hope, the reasons are crystal clear,
I am glad to support my dears,
Until the notice hours.
