Many of you might have known that lakhs of crores of Rupees worth of treasure has been found in Padmanabha Swamy temple in hidden chambers. This includes Vishnu statue in gold, precious stones, gems and what not. Reading all the news articles, I am looking for the right word to express the amount of glittery treasure found - mindboggling? Wondering what the supreme court would decide? For decades, it had been an inactive treasure and if the court decides that it remains with the temple, it would continue to remain as inactive/dormant treasure. It would definitely consume a lot of hi-tech security systems including human guards. What else can they do with this treasure? I cant think of any other way to deal with it. Call it healthy confusion for the govt? If its left as is, after a few decades, the chamber would go empty. :)
